After an hour of scouring the internet, I finally found some instruction on how to hook this up. The instructions are worthless. The app didn't even allow me the choice of selecting this ear wax removing device, it only listed home security cameras. When I did finally get it hooked up to my Mac, I could barely make out the letters on my keyboard, much less my ear! After an hour and a half of messing with it I am sending it back.

Good otoscope
My wife loves it she uses it to remove kids earwax it’s very easy to use u can see the inside of the ear very clear with the light on the tip of the scope

Awesome til it wasn't.
This is a MUST for any mom!!! This has been a great tool from the beginning.It stopped letting me connect to the wifi so I can't use it. Very upsetting.

Not for Iphone or wifi
I have an iphone 7, downloaded the app, connected to the endoscopes wifi and it doesn’t work. I also tried plugging in directly to my iphone with an adaptor and that didn’t work either.I can use it with my mac (not with wifi) by plugging it in directly to the usb. The image is decent, but only at a very close distanse and it easily gets out of focus.All in all, this device is not useless and I’ll probably keep it but the if I could buy it all over again, I wouldn’t.

Great idea but hard to use
This is a great idea but it’s to hard to set up connecting with your phone then trying to get it in your kids ear while looking at your phone. Every time you want to use it you have to make sure it’s charged and your phone is charged and you have good WiFi. Too much work
