According to the ADA, the routine should be: Floss Rinse Brush * Do NOT immediately rinse, nor eat or drink, for at least 30 minutes. You can rinse after that, but the longer the toothpaste stays on your teeth, the better its chemical components are able to meditate the process of remineralization. This is especially true with xylitol and flouride. Some might take issue with that, but chemicals like flouride and xylitol just don't work as well if they're immediately rinsed off.

Teeth feels very cleen

The purpose I bought this was to reminalize my teeth. Since I gave birth, I frequently had toothaches, bleeding gums and sensitive teeth. I've been using this for two months.
