Great Product
Quite heavy when filled with filament so be careful lifting it. Very nice CFS system that has lots of nice featuresIf I had known the Creality was going to come out with the newer version (includes Drying system) I would have waited.

Going to jump ship from Creality and go with different brand after this poor experience.
PROSInstallation was good, everything fit where it should. (Find youtube videos to help)CONSGarbage.Filament feed errros. Extruder jammed beyond quick fix and needed to order another one.Exceptionally poor compatibility if you use other slicers and have fined tuned your filament.Creality Print software returns access violation about every 3rd save attemp to slice attempt when using multiple colors.Extremely loud roller system.Feels like creality are charging people to be alpha product testers rather than sending out a quality product.1 out of 4 times the RFID will not read the filamentOnly 1 successful multi color print using creality filament and even with prime tower, the print seperated at the color joins.This was nothing less than a rushed product.

Requires the k1 cfs upgrade kit

Will not do this upgrade on other printer.
Not the easiest upgrade. Instructions not great but sufficient. Warning, you can't enclose your printer any more as it requires routing the filament through the cover. Must set CFS to side or create special cover. CFS doesn't have drying capability.

This is one of the best CFS available! I have all of the combo printers and this is my favorite by far! Has the least amount of maintenance and consistent performance day after day.

Half baked product with zero zupport
The media could not be loaded. I recommend against buying this product as it will make your life misserable. I still have to finish a multi color print with this. At some point during print it will simply stop extruding and start skipping in the extruder which you can try to fix to not loose averything, but it's sometimes impossible. And if you manage to fix it, it will probably start skipping a few layers after.The worst part is that I contacted Creality support and they sent me to a shop technician instead of giving any support.I suggest to stay away.

Don't buy it
This thing is junk. The buffer constantly jams. This has made my K1 max almost completely useless.
