Received the scale a few days back and have used it a few times since.The readings seem accurate.As mentioned on the website, the product is indeed lightweight. The display is clear and stays on for a few seconds after getting off, that enables us to be stable and look almost straight while standing on the scale. I am hoping that leads to a more accurate reading.I recharged it completely before the first use as suggested in the instructions.Of course it's too soon to comment on the durability, how long the charge holds etc.One improvement I can suggest is to make the charging cord longer, and also to include a usb to power adapter.Currently need to hook up to a laptop, that means I need to lift the scale and move it and this would mean having to recalibrate before the net use.Overall, I like this device and I hope it can continue giving accurate readings for many years to come.I got the complimentary thermometer and measuring tape as noted on the website. Have't tried either of those.The rate is a bit higher than some of the best (even higher) rated scales that use 2 batteries, but I am hoping this is due to a better quality product and longer life.And it would have been nice if they included a good cleaning cloth / solution at this cost.

It worked fine for sometime and now the machine is showing incorrect weight I want to return it
