These add quite a bit of boost to your cup! I like that they are shaped like a push-up bra cup so they are comfortable and add some form to the bottom of the cup. They can be worn with swimsuits as well! They are washable to reuse and I like that they came with some pasties as well!

The sticky glue was off on one of the pads. I was headed out of town. The other pad did it as well. The adhesive that they use on the items reminded me of the “cement glue” from art class. These were cheaply made and trying to come across like a high end product for sure. I definitely tried to give it the good ole’ college try!

I have lost 86 lbs and I have of course lost some fullness. These provide fullness and lift! The loose skin I have is concealed by them. I do not need to buy new (expensive) bras. I am very happy with these inserts. I hope they will stay sticky. It would be helpful if the instructions or photos show you where they should be positioned on your bra.

I loved it, it's super easy to use and holds very well. It also comes with a nipple cover. I give it a 100/10 and I'm planning on buying one for my cousin for her birthday.

Didn't work well for me at all. My bra size is 42D. My bust seemed a bit too heavy to be held up by the product.
