I am very sensitive to metals and can only wear sterling silver. This charm is NOT plated, it's solid sterling silver! I wear it on a necklace chain and haven't taken it off (I wear it in the shower, to the gym, etc) since I got it in September. There is no tarnishing or scratches at all and it doesn't irritate my skin at all. 10/10!
