I ordered 9" zippers. I received 7" zippers. Not sure if they just made a shipping mistake or if they measure end to end, rather than the length it zips. Keeping this because I use 7" zippers too and because I hate the additional work required to return items. My conundrum is if I try ordering again to get 9" zippers will I actually get 9" zippers. (?) Would've been nice to receive what I ordered. (!) ugh.Edit - reread description and how they measure is in there - not a shipping mistake, my mistake.Learn from my mistake. THESE ARE 7" ZIPPERS

I am new to sewing and wanted to try making a few zipper pouches. I realized I could buy one zipper at a store for a few bucks or this huge pack for just a few bucks more. Very happy with my purchase.

The zipper length (9") refers to the full length, including the zipper binding. It does not refer the the actual -zipper- length. Zippers are normally measured/sold by then length of the zipper itself, so this can be confusing.The zippers are good quality and zip smoothly. The exact length was not as issue for me, so these are an excellent deal for the money. In future, I will know to add at least an inch more than I need in zipper length when searching for economical zipper deals here.

7” zipper and 9” tape to be clear VS if you buy them at JoAnns and it’s a 9” zipper and 12” tape. Overall they work great and amazing value for your $$

Affordable zipper option for the zippered-pocket infinity scarf that was a huge craze for the 2018 holiday season. Zipper tape in total runs about 9" with the zipper itself being shorter. This didn't bother me, but may bother others considering this product.Great assortment of colors. Very pleased with my purchase.

These are great! Lengths with tabs are 9" and 8" without. There are 10 zippers in 5 common colors and 5 zippers in other 15 colors. Will reorder if I need more.
