This product is by far superior. It came rolled up. I unrolled it and placed it on the ground. The materials was soft yet super strong. I put my work chair on it and the chair wheels rolled normally. Super good product for office equipment.

I did not realize it was such a thin piece of plastic. It will work, but not for long.

This MuArts Elasticity Clear Chair Mat for Hardwood Floor is significantly lighter and more flexible than other chair mats I have used over the years but it works well for my current need. Be aware, this is intended for use on hard floors and is not likely suitable for use over carpet. The product photos, title, and description make no claims otherwise.I needed a relatively small mat to cover a patch of vinyl flooring that was starting to show signs of wear. On that surface, it is fully supported and performs well. Since it is so much lighter than other mats I've bought, I do expect this one to wear out more quickly. Considering the price difference and how much easier it is to move and position this one, I call that a fair trade.It was easy to get this to lay flat right out of the box. If you're having issues with that, try laying it out in the sun or warm it a bit with a hair dryer and it should become pliable. Once in place, I've had no issues with this slipping around on the floor. One side is very lightly textured and that is the side I placed in contact with the floor. The top is completely smooth and my office chair rolls over it without any problems.Overall, this is good light-duty protection that is easy to put in place and I would buy it again.

Terrible product... spend a little more $ and get a real chair mat... Returned

Works as expected

This mat will protect your floor, but it's made of a fairly flexible clear rubber material that (even after 4 or 5 days), won't lay perfectly flat. The corners stay down, but there are "wrinkles" in the mat that won't come out. I'll use this one for now, but I might end up buying another mat down the road that's made of a more rigid plastic so it will lay nice and flat.
