I bought this insert for an upcoming trip that I knew would involve a lot of walking. These definitely made a difference! It provides extra comfort and arch support. It’s thick compared to most inserts.When cutting to your ideal size, it was easy to see size numbers. The thickness and material of these felt high quality and was still easy to cut.We walked an average of 8-10 miles a day during our ten day trip and these inserts helped me through it with comfort! Highly recommend!

These are awesome! Just bought them for Father’s Day and dad approves!! They are really cushioned and the arch support is ah-mazing! Feels like feet pillows. You can easily cut them down to size for your foot or favorite shoe. We just took his sole out of his favorite shoe and cut the 4d pad around it. Worked perfect!!

These are a bit thicker than your average sole, but they are very comfortable. I can remove them from the shoe I wear and put them in another shoe or I can buy extras. They give great pain relief in my Achilles as they give me great arch support. They do not slip or slide in my shoe, they stay put as needed. I was nervous to cut these to fit, but after one pair, I have ordered about 8 more. These are so comfortable and functional for all my shoes.

They are just okay, after wearing them at work for 1 day. I'm not impressed, feet still hurt at end of day. I've bought alot better insoles in the past. I'm a big guy though. 270 pounds and 6ft 1 inch tall. I will not be buying again.

Husband says these are the most comfortable shoe insole inserts he's found. They are easy to put in shoes, but because he liked them so well I ordered him a second set so he doesn't have to switch inserts when he switches shoes. They are thick and soft but with support.

This insole lasts a good bit with daily use at my job. They are thick and fluffy and provide outstanding arch support! They're versatile as well giving you the ability to make any pair of shoes orthopedics. If you have sensitive feet and a bad back that require a lot of support like me definitely get yourself multiple pairs of these!Note: I wash them on gentle cycle in a clothing bag and then hang them to dry with a pants hanger.

Very comfortable, great quality, can walk in them all day. Great even for heavy set people. The only problem I see is the cut out guides are set is UK shoe sizes. Wish they would have put US sizes or at least a chart. Took some time to search where I needed to cut. So that made the install a little more difficult than it needed to be.
