I was a little worried about the mixed reviews.But decided to take a chance on it.I’m very glad that I did. I had wrist surgery and will be in a cast for a few months. So far I have been using this product for a month and it has worked great. It keeps my cast completely dry while showering. For something that is not that expensive, it really works well. I would recommend this to anyone with a hand/arm cast.

Was just the right size for my thumb surgery. It is a bit tight fit, but it didn't cut off the circulation. I will be using it again for the other thumb surgery and hope it will hold up. I did not have any leaks.

Before I had hand surgery, I looked for a waterproof cover to keep my hand and post-surgical wrap dry during baths, showers, and using the kitchen sink. I saw some covers that ended just above the wrist; I liked the idea of a shorter cover, but ultimately chose the longer elbow-length cover for the following reasons. (1) I did not know how far up my hand and arm the bandages would go. I am glad I chose the elbow-length cover, as the wrist length would have left part of my bandaging exposed. (2) The wrist-length cover would sit at or below the water line of a bath or a kitchen sink of soapy water, increasing the risk water would get into the cover.I chose the "YUNCHI Waterproof Cast Cover for Shower Arm Adult, Reusable Short Arm Cast Protector" because I had bought the same brand for a foot protector to wear after foot surgery and that protector worked great. This hand protector worked very well, except one time I found a small amount of water in the tip end of the cover, but my bandages were still dry.The majority of the cover is a reasonably thick vinyl that is sturdy and not likely to rip or puncture. The rubber opening easily pulls apart to create ample room for inserting an arm with a bulky cast or bandages. The cover was easy for me to pull on one-handed. While the rubber opening stretches open easily, it fit tightly but comfortably around my arm. After putting on the cover I made sure the rubber was facing up my arm and not folded down into the cover. I was surprised by the relative dexterity I had despite the bulky cover.I gave the cover 4 stars instead of 5 because of the one time I found water in the cover. Nonetheless, I was pleased with the cover's ability to keep my hand and arm dry. Therefore, I would buy the Yunchi brand cover again if a need should arise.

I love it! Have had my arm in a cast after an operation and although it's a little long on me and it's a little hard to hold onto anything if I need to, it's wonderful! Keeps everything dry! I recommend this!

This sleeve worked great! It didn't leak at all. I do not suggest using it longer than showering or bathing. It is tight on the arm to keep it from leaking inside which is understandable. Just do not feel it will be safe to wear for a long time. Used it on my 6 year old full arm cast

My son broke his wrist so he had to wear a cast. He is 9. This is easy for him to put on during shower time. Keeps his cast dry. Great product. The plastic is thick and the rubber part is of good quality material. Doesn’t feel tight on the arm at all.

After reading reviews saying that this is perfect for slender 4 year olds, I bought it for my fairly above average 5 year old. The first time, the arm was wet. The second time I wrapped their arm with a grocery bag and then the sleeve and their arm still got wet! Thankfully it is only a wrap and not a full cast. I would recommend for ages maybe 7/8+
