The headphone adapter does not work at all - my phone gives error message "Accessory not recognized"Also, this product somehow has a high rating because of 5 star reviews for unrelated product, including screen protectors and lights. I'm not sure how this happens but it is misleading and the only reason I bought this product was because of the strong reviews. It is only when I investigated the reviews that I realized all of the other 1 star ratings were for the adapter and the 5 star ratings were for other products.

Do not buy this! It is incompatible with my iPhone, and I am returning it. I guess a genuine Apple adapter is worth the price...I bought it because of a high "star rating" for positive reviews. When I received it and it was incompatible, even after trying fixes in the instructions, I read some of the reviews. Most of them are for a different product, like phone cases! And most of the reviews for this actual product, the headphone adapter, are very negative because it is incompatible. Worst experience ever on Amazon, but not Amazon's fault. Somehow, this seller is including reviews for a different product on this listing.

I went to buy headphone adapters off this seller for my iPhone 7 and when I got them and plugged my headphones in I heard static and then it told me the accessory wasn’t compatible and they came in a pack of two which both did not work and when I went back the reviews were all talking about something different. Short story short is I will not be buying from them again

The description clearly stated that this product would work for iPhone 7 Plus but it clearly didn’t. You would plug it in, listen for about 30 second and then a sign would appear saying that the device is not supported. This product only seems to be highly rated because the reviews are about something else entirely.

Terrible don’t buy when you try to use it is says that ‭it’s not supported by iPhone

I have no idea why reviews for lights are showing - neither of these worked. I don’t know if these reviews are fake or mixed up with another product. The jack adapter always says “this accessory is not supported”

WARNING - WARNING!!!!! REVIEW SCORE SYSTEM ERROR!!! Double check the review score and reviews. The IPhone audio adapter is CRAP and a total waste of money! HOWEVER, when I bought the adapter, the review score and reviews were associated with LED Christmas lights which enjoyed a great review score. I didn’t read the actual reviews... ( my fault I guess ) I only read the score. And the score was excellent, so I bought these lousy adapters. Grrrr!!!

You know those products that you buy for your phone that aren’t Apple products? Then when you try to use them a message pops up on your phone saying ‘this device is not supported by this phone’?They will work for approximately 1:40 playing your music, then stops working. Every. Time.Not that it’s a lot of work to unplug and plug back in to get another 1 minute 40 seconds of music but if you’re driving and you have to do that nonstop...... not very safe right?Very disappointed that Amazon rated these as their top seller when they don’t even work.Save yourself and don’t buy these pieces of crap.
