I rate this a 3 because the launcher didn't come with it and the delivery was super long, about a month. But overall, it's OK

This item does not come with a launcher as in the title and pictures. It also doesn't assemble correctly. At the time of this review it says that 54% or the reviews are 5-star. Checking 5 and 4 star reviews shows none.
