I am very happy with these copper bottles. The very first bottle I ordered came in with the outside surface of the bottle lacquered and a lacquered lid. I work with water and didn't want the water I drink to come in contact with lacquer. Also, I wanted my skin to come in direct contact with copper for reasons I will explain below. I contacted the seller and he responded in no time offering me not only a replacement bottle but also added two other bottles to my order free of charge.I would have ordered two additional bottles anyways because the bottles themselves are absolutely awesome. I love that they are of high-quality copper and are very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. So when I asked Fredrik whether he could manufacture bottles without lacquer for me he agreed to send me custom-made bottles. Surprisingly, I received them with DHL in literally three days from India.As a side-note, for those concerned about the bottle changing color over time, I personally don't mind that my bottles oxidize as oxidation is a natural property of copper. Copper is biostatic as well as antibacterial which means that parasitic forms of life cannot breed on copper. If you think, copper doorknobs are used by hospitals to reduce the transfer of disease because copper was proven to kill disease-causing bacteria close to 100%. It takes only two to three hours for water contained in pure copper to disinfect so these bottles are ideal for anyone who lives in areas where water is contaminated and they don't immediately have access to purified water. Pretty much all tap water is infected with parasites anyways so for that reason alone I'd use copper to sanitize drinking water.The size of these bottles is just perfect for me as well. They are about 970ml each. I use two bottles throughout the day which I fill up with water in the evening so that I can just grab my first bottle by my bedside in the morning upon awakening without trying to remember that I have to drink water. The other bottle I carry with me throughout the day and by the end of the day, I've drunk close to 2L of water.Something else. If hospitals use copper doorknobs for sanitation, think of what holding pure copper bottles in your hands on a day to day basis does to your skin. That's right - copper kills harmful bacteria on the skin of your hands without you even realizing it. This is why lacquer on copper bottles is of no use other than to stop people who have no idea about the healing properties of copper from complaining about bottles' oxidation.As to the price of these bottles, 25 quid is not that much of an investment in your health considering the fact that if you take an average branded stainless steel bottle on the market it costs 25 quid as well if not more. Compared to copper stainless steel corrodes quicker and has no inherent antimicrobial properties and can harbor deadly bacteria for days.Last but not least, these bottles come very well packaged in a nice box so they make a wonderful present for someone you care about!

First I bought it for myself and then for my partner. We really like the product. It can we a bit strange drinking from the bottle as it has a large opening but we pour the water in glasses and it does taste better

Not happy with the product,unfortunately. This is my second copper water bottle(I bought the first in India over 2 years ago) and love it so much that I ordered this one so I can have one at home and one at work. While the product looks great and the water does taste great like my previous one, the lid isn’t completely leak proof and it makes an annoying screeching sound every time I open. Not sure if these are quality tested before dispatch. Maybe it was just the one that was delivered to me but honestly, Quite disappointed for the price paid.

The metal seems way too thin, any little bump or whatever bends it right away, the bottom keeps on bending outwards slightly over time, and making the bottle unstable to set on the ground, also really picking up all sorts of scratches and dent all over the surface making it not look so great, some sort of a sleeve would be a cool addition, at least for this nice shiny version and it might help prevent the outside temperature fluctuations on changing the temperature of the water inside drastically.In all honesty probably would have rather paid 7-8 pounds for the cheap one from india retailers. Other than that, does the job perfectly fine and the water tastes nice and smooth after staying in the bottle, I no longer want to drink from any other vessel.

i originally ordered this and what was delivered was a fake Kosdeg bottle however Amazon turned it around and ive gotten a beautiful original non leaking kosdeg bottle the originals dont leak rest assured

loved it but after barely a few days, the lid has jammed in sideways and cant be removed. I thibk thia item was far too expensive for me to experience such an issue, so soon.
