I am absolutely blown away this Pain Relief Cream! I have been suffering from sciatica pain and muscle pains for what feels like forever, and I’ve tried literally everything with no real results. But this cream is nothing short of a miracle! The relief is instant, and stiff muscles loosen up so quickly—it’s unbelievable! I can’t even express how incredible this product is. I honestly wish more people knew about it because so many are wasting money on other things that just don’t work. Truly a game-changer! Absorbs quickly and smell is not unpleasant either like other pain relief creams.

Sitting at a computer for long periods while working often gives me neckache …nothing too major, but enough to be uncomfortable sometimes, so I tried this on it. It’s in the form of a creamy lotion -it squeezes easily from the nozzle, and is easy to apply … I like that it blends in fairly quickly, and that it’s made from natural ingredients. And once on, it has a nice gentle warming effect, which does soothe muscular aches. On the downside, it has quite a characteristic smell which lingered, and wasn’t to my liking. Otherwise, a good product, though.

Really like the pump design, and it even came with a little stopper in the opening, so you don't get any leakage in transit.The cream itself has an amazing warming to it, I find it a much more comfortable warming than the typical ones you buy at your local chemist. It's an intense warming and lasts longer, but even though it's more intense it is actually a more comfortable warming instead of the intense tingling you get with some creams.Does have a somewhat strong smell, but it's not really a unpleasant smell though so I don't mind.Really been enjoying the results with them, and now prefer it to anything I have bought myself previously.

The 1936 Original Fast Acting Pain Relief Cream arrived well-packaged and as described.I got this to help with some ongoing knee pain I was having. I was drawn to this product as it claims to have 95% natural ingredients which is fantastic. The product was easy to apply and absorbed well into the skin. I had some slight tingling of the skin on first application but this subsided pretty quickly.I noticed an improvement in my knee the first few applications but not much after it. I'm not sure if it's placebo or not. I did think it did something and this would be fantastic for people who want to avoid pharma drugs.

While it doesn’t completely fix the issue, it definitely helps alleviate discomfort. My mum has shoulder pain and, along with her physio and massage sessions, she noticed a big improvement after using this cream.It has a super powerful mint/menthol scent, which I find refreshing, and I love that it’s made with natural ingredients—it’s reassuring to know what you’re putting on your skin. I’ve used it for my lower back, especially since I have a desk job and sit a lot, and it provides great relief.

I have studied Muay Thai, I have travelled to Thailand and trained there, while I was there they had this special 3 layered liquid that you would shake and put on yourself before training..... And that was the most intense heating I have ever felt in my life.This stuff is exactly the same! I am so happy I have found a UK replacement. This stuff is fantastic, forget the others, I mean seriously, this is intense, long lasting and about 75% of the way through the cream seems to switch from heat to cool, exactly like the Thai stuff.I put it on 2 hours ago and I can still feel it creeping up my back! It's amazing!This is amazing, I am absolutely going to be buying a load of this!I can see why they have been making it since 1936! Cream based firestorm!I cannot say enough good stuff about this as I am so shocked after 25 years I have finally found as equivalent!

It comes in a sturdy pump container which works well, delivering a smallish amount of cream so it’s easy to control how much to use. It rubs in and is absorbed easily. I think it smells lovely and is similar but not as strong smelling as other heat creams. This cream is a counterirritant, which is intended to work by irritating the heat and other receptors in the skin to distract the brain from underlying pain. I’ve been using this on my heel to try and alleviate the discomfort from planter fasciitis and it’s really hard to know whether it’s making much of an impact as the pain varies a lot over the course of the day, but it is lovely to use and the mild warming effect is pleasant.

I like the natural alternatives to pain relief so I was happy to review this cream , simply rub onto the affected area like normal . My husband has hip pain especially after walking so I got him to try it , the smell was refreshing and was easy to dispense out the bottle it worked just like any other pain relief creams , but whether it works on severe pain I do not know , but for muscle aches etc I would use this and it is a big bottle as well
