This serum wowed me! It takes away so much redness in my face I actually have never been this neutral! I can see freckles I didn't know I had. I would buy this again and again. The texture is night and smooth, soft and cooling. I think the value this offers for the cost is very fair as I only apply it when needed, not even every day.

Bottles with pumps are my preferred packaging for face products. This serum is too thick for the pump bottle; it doesn't come out well, and I have to shake the bottle to get the pump to reach into the cream and work. Luckily it is the kind of a pump where you can unscrew the top and get into the container. As far as observable effects of the serum, I didn't notice it was affecting my rosacea flare-up or reducing redness. I just used it as a serum under a calming day cream. It absorbs very quickly.

I used this a lot when very irritated and dry from adapalene. Things with lots of plants, even centella stung. This stung a little.Surprisingly the more chemical gel moisturizers like clinique didn't sting but this gel got me through while I figured things out and I like it for my normally oily skin so will keep using. Lovely texture.

I love it!! However, the pump stopped working on it. I’ll definitely order it again!!

This works well to reduce the redness on my cheeks from broken blood vessels and hydrate my sensitive skin. I apply the serum in the morning and at bedtime before moisturizer. Very pleased and the price of $20 per bottle makes it one of the more affordable products to reduce redness.

I got this on the recommendation of a friend and her aesthetician. I have a little bit of redness on my nose that I was hoping to heal and liked several of the key ingredients in this product. I was happy to find that the texture of the serum is Light almost gel like and smooth.Unfortunately, for me, it caused an angry, red itchy rash. I have tiny bumps all over my cheeks and chin. It started on the third time that I used the product with feeling like my skin was dry, but it continued to be itchy throughout the day when I took off my make up my face was bright red underneath with a tiny rash texture. It is still angry and itchy, and I’m not sure what to put on it to calm back down, especially given that this product was supposed to be calming in the first place. I gave it to stars because the texture is nice and the product seemed to be helping my friend so my problem might be individual.

This has pretty immediate effects. I often look in the mirror 10-20 mins after my skincare routine and notice nearly zero redness when I use this. My skin is very dry and prone to redness, so having some instant results is awesome. This got me hooked on the Prequel brand and I’ve since added the gleanser to my routine which is the best cleanser I’ve ever used!
