This chair is so great! So comfortable and supportive. Plus it looks great too. The material is very nice and the assembly was so easy. I had no problem putting it all together in 25 minutes. It glides nice across the floor and the recline feature is so comfortable. I would totally buy this again. I am in love with it. It feels so much more expensive than it actually was.

The mechanism that tilts the back of the chair back doesnt last and you cant fix it. Its a manufactuer defect. It causes secere neck and spinal pain. Waste of money. Send me one that works.

If you want a chair where the arms fall off the chair constantly and your having to keep an Allen key beside you to tighten them then this chair is the one for you. I have to tighten them daily ever since assembly.

Bought for my fiance who is about 320 and 6ft, he works from home and we’ve tried multiple chairs that don’t support him well enough and have great lumbar support. He loves this chair, we’ve had for a while and it’s held up great, it’s comfortable and easy to keep clean. All in all this chair is a steal for the price you pay as previous chairs were 200-300$ and didn’t hold up. He said it was easy to put together and the wheels roll well on carpet. We would definitely purchase this again.

The overall feel of the chair is ok at best. The arms wobble and I don't trust the leg rest at all. It feels like it will snap at any moment so I just don't use it. The seat could use more cushion. I do like the lumbar support as I've had off and on back issues. The angle the backrest sits I can't even use the included head rest pillow. The back adjust does feel like it's at an awkward location as some others have mentioned. I use this in my home office which is also where I play game after work so it gets a fair amount of use. My largest complaint is that when I adjust the way I'm sitting the chair is LOUD. I don't know what is rubbing on what but it makes a quite annoying creaking sound each time. Between the noise, the flimsy arms and the leg rest, I'm not sure I'd recommend it to anyone.
