! I can’t wait to get into this book and order the things to follow the guide! This book is smooth to the touch and every page is crispy and I think it’s a brand new book. I got the paperback and I can DIY a hard cover if I want to , I’m completely fine with that. I may post pictures later. 10/20 .Rip Dr Sebi 💐

Dr. Sebi an excellent nutritionist, the book was not the book I was specifically after.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a 25 Books in 1 which talks about Dr. Sebi's Diet. There is a list of approved vegetables, meal plan, treatments and cures, and many more information that this book goes too. I like how big thr font and pictures are which makes it so easy to read. The meal plans are also great and also explain what they can help with.

To many typos! Having to decipher the words! O my God! I have never seen such a poor quality of writing in a book. They could have at lease allowed Microsoft Word to spell check.🥵😱 the company needs to pulled that whole lot. Seems to me that they are grabbing at money, not knowing they are losing because we will never recommend it to and friends and family. Some of us won’t send it back, but know this in the end you lose.

This book is a good reference book. It does provide an explanation of dr sebis diet. There are some interesting recipes and drinks complying with Dr sebis diet. There are some pork and chicken recipes which go against Dr sebis diet. The book, like the two books on Dr sebi I purchased, needs an editor. I'm serious every book ive bought needs editing. There are many misspelled words and punctuation errors in the book. I'm glad I didn't buy the hardcover with these errors. Recipe and reference is what I will use it for.
