Nice clear setting markings.
This TRV comes superbly packaged in a hard cardboard outer box with a moulded foam inner to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition.The setting markings are all clearly printed in black and are of a sensible size so that you don't need to bend right down each time you want to see what setting is in use.The TRV all fitted fine without any issues, and the head adjusts smoothly with ease.A good quality product that looks smart and is fairly discreet.

Honest review genuine purchase
Having asked a couple of plumbers and a friend who works for a prestigious top of line plumbing fitting company. I was told that there is not actual way to size up the fitting. It's a suck it and see deal.So many have the same outer threaded ring size but the plastic arms inside the metal screw ring are different thicknesses and this was my third try to find the right fit. Plastic on these looked a little thinner, so I took a punt and this time I got lucky. Third times a charm.The thermostatic head, feel better quality than the ones we inherited when we bought the house. But they were quite old and most were broken and super glued back together.Still ot went on easily and turns every easily to select the level of heat you desire.Now I have to order a load more to replace all of the thermostatic heads we have. And of course they are now nearly £4 a unit more.

RUBBISH ! Pop off everytime you turn the dial
Absolutely rubbish. Cheap. And not fit for purpose.Everytime you change the dial they pop off. The meet al clasp does not hold them clamped to the valve.Both went in the bin and I’ve spend a little more and got two from screwfix that are perfect

Works well but needs frequent re-tightening
These thermostatic valves are essential to keep some control of different room heating requirements. In my experience, they do not last forever so good value ones like this are welcome. This one can be fitted finger tight and still work; however it eventually loosens and screwing it tightly actually makes it pop out.I have got used to re-tightening as need.
