Delighted with purchase...bought several more for my dress shoes(fits nicely without crowding). I have flat/fallen arches so this insole raises/supports my feet for a painfree experience, plus metatarsal support distributes pressure/reduces pain. Nearlly compares with my Powerstep Pinnacle Plus insoles with my Asics running shoes at $50, just a bit less rigid support.

Some of my shoes don't have any arch support so these inserts really help because I have really high arches. They're very comfortable inside my shoes and are really worth having because, otherwise I couldn't wear some styles of shoes.

Not the best but better than what I had.

I put these inserts inside a pair of boots that I could no longer wear because the soles were too thin. These inserts gave the boots the support and comfort my feet needed. The arch of the insert fit my feet perfectly. They saved my boots that I really like but I was ready to give them away. Very happy with this purchase.

They are much thicker than what I'm used to. Too thick

As someone use to wearing flat bottom converse, I got to say these changed my life. I work part time as a cashier and my feet don’t hurt NEARLY as bad. These are pretty incredible. Only downside is it’s a little “tall” so I had to wear a different shoe that’s not my converse, but overall a total success!

I am using these insoles in my winter boots where I previously had very little support. I have noticed a huge improvement when walking with the new insoles. I’m not getting shin splints like I was before. They are just really comfortable insoles.

This was weird to wear at first, because there is a bump, or raised area, if that makes sense, just around the metatarsal area of my foot, and it was there to prevent pressure on the metatarsal of my foot. It took a little bit to get used to that raised area, but it did help take the pressure off the ball of my foot. I can only wear a pair of shoes for about a year before the ball of my foot starts hurting (one foot only, I lean on one side more) and I stand in my job all day long as a hairstylist. These helped my shoe last longer before I had to replace them. (I replace them once a year, because they start to hurt). I got the inserts around the time my foot started to hurt. Very helpful and will buy another pair for my new shoes eventually!

I find these inserts very comfortable but I have flat feet so I need more support than these offer in my work boots. if you have low arches but not flat I would recommend them for sure.
