I bought these T-tap connectors and couldn't be happier. They are super easy to connect and saves a ton of time on splicing wires or having to do rework. I use these in diy projects around the house and they are super helpful. If you don't own any, I would advise you purchase some. They are great to have on-hand and last forever. I will definitely purchase more.

I recently added a LED light strip to my rear hatch on my Jeep. These worked great when i needed to tie into my power source. Didn't need to cut anything, just attach and crimp. Then plug in the new wire. Worked great. Just be sure to check that it's plugged in correctly. I recommend this product.

So much faster to use to splice wire

First, these will work if you have no other options. That said, there are definitely better choices out there. These are mediocre quality. The connections are weak and the spades are easily bent, making for poor connections.If you need something in a pinch and don't have time to wait for something better to arrive, then you can make these work. Take your time, double check your connections with a multi-meter and you should be OK. You might want to secure the splices with wiring loom tape or other such material to ensure the connections stay put.

I purchased this kit because I needed to splice into a power wire. I purchased new led turn signal lights that included a blue sequential display light. In order for the Blue Light to work I need to splice into the red power wire. These t-tap wire terminals came in handy. Just make sure you have a crimping tool. I didn't have the correct crimping tool so I used a pair of small channel locks and added shrink wrap to make sure everything was secure. And the directions say you don't need to strip the wire before inserting it into the connector. I had to strip part of the wire to get a better electrical connection.

I love working on car but hating doing anything to do with wiring. This simple tapping terminals certainly made things very easy when working in small tight spaces with thin wires. Made tapping brake lights a breeze and saved me a lot of time. The delivery was next day which was awesome, and I didn't swear once which is unprecedented. Comes with variety of pieces in this great set, so won't run out any time soon, but once I do, I will buy again.
