Hostess Danish, Berries & Cream Cheese, 5 Ounce (Pack of 6)

After what seems like an eternity of waiting for these to even become available, finally one box popped up and even though the price for the box was as if I was buying them individually from a gas station, I was excited to once again have them. Then I got them only to find that the one box that become available in months was expiring and less than 2 weeks from the date that they were received. You would think that something that has such a price tag for a quantity box as opposed to individual items would at least have a shelf life equivalent to those you would find individually wrapped for sale in a gas station.

Was a little hesitant because of some of the reviews about them being out of date but when I got them they were outstanding. Fresh! Love them

Love these cakes. I freeze them, and thaw one at a time when I want one. They are moist, the filling is tasty and they have icing. Drawback, they are 520 calories each.

I bought these for a little fun during our Shelter-in-Place. Not surprisingly, they were gone within days. But they brought a smile to everyone's face. I hope they are available to order again soon.

I'm a huge fan of Hostess products! These will satisfy your sweet tooth! Beware those on a diet; just one Danish is 500 calories. These things should be in ration kits!

Sadly, the filling was so bland as to be almost tasteless and the pastry itself not much better. I can't recommend this "Danish" to anyone as this is another case of "looks good but isn't".

Delicious. Very fresh. Will order again.

Tasted very processed. We ate 2 & threw the rest away.
