Tested a couple on arrival and they seemed plenty sturdy and much better than your usual paper plates. Wanted to wait until after xmas and give a proper review after using them then and pleased to report they did the job and saved me a tonne of washing up after spending all day making the dinner lol. No accidents, no complaints, no cleaning required. Perfect.Being great value they should do a couple birthdays too and hopefully enough left for next chrimbo too!

This is a good quality set of plates and cutlery. The plates have a nice sheen, look smart and are biodegradable which is always helpful for the environment. They are a good size to fit a decent amount of buffet food and feel nice and sturdy. They're substantially stronger than your standard paper plates!The wooden cutlery isn't for some as they do feel a little odd in your mouth but they are also sturdy so do the job well. You can also put them in a fire once you're done with them, so again, less plastic in landfill!One unfortunate aspect is when I received the delivery the box was completely broken, but luckily nothing was damaged at all.I believe the price is pretty fair for the quality and amount you receive.

Breaks easily and the spoons are flat.The forks break and the knives are pointless.2stars was generous.

This set wooden plates and cutlery is great. They are environmentally friendly as the plates are biodegradable. Unlike regular paper plates, these plates are incredibly sturdy. However, I did notice a slight woody taste in the food when using them, which can be a downside and the box they arrived in was torn. Despite these minor issues, I still think this product is excellent and offers great value for the price.

This isn't a particularly cheap solution to 'disposable' plates and cutlery, however you do get what you pay for.I picked this up to use for an upcoming New Years Eve Party we have planned and I didn't want to serve our guests on paper plates.It's a good solid set of 50 plates, knives, forks and spoons that are all made from either bamboo or palm leaves (item listing & packaging were inconclusive). Either way they're totally biodegradable, while having much more strength than your cheaper paper options.The plates arrived vacuum sealed, while the cutlery were all in their own sealed bag so everything felt really clean and sterile.Certainly worth the extra expense for a one off event such as New Year.
