To be honest, I was not sure what they would be before I received these firework lights, it was my first time to buy them. Fortunately, they look not too bad when I opened the box. There are 120 little-led bulbs for each string light, 60 wires and each with 2 mini bulbs. I purchased 4 AA batteries by myself(they are not included), very easy to set up, I diy a dandelion shape and hanged them in my bedroom, the warm light creates a lovely atmosphere. Of course ,they are perfect for ourdoor decoration too. Besides, I can change the lighting for 8 modes via remote control as described, such as flash,w ave,s teady…      I am really satisfied with these fantastic fairy lights so far, and l will continue to look forward to their performance…

Only two LEDs per strand, not 4 as shown in photos. The most disappointing and reason for return was that they do not work if simply plugged into a usb plug adapter, only through the battery they come with. Returned and ordered another one that could be plugged in rather than relying on the rechargeable battery pack.

Well, sorry to disagree with everyone else, but I don’t think these are very well designed. The battery pack is ugly and with 4 AA batteries it is heavy… it’s hard to disguise, maybe if it was on a longer wire it could go further away from the light and not spoil the effect. I wanted to use it to give light to the centre of a big gold wreath that had some sparkling “jewels” on it… flat on the wall…and the bits of wire with two lights on each are perfect for that …. but despite using bendy gold ribbon I haven’t so far succeeded in finding any way to support the weight (on an extra stick-on hook that does take battery compartment weight) and hide the battery pack. The wires are thinly spread when you have fanned them out into a flat shape and easily see though. (I am wondering about using both lights, one on top of the other …but then, hiding TWO battery packs??? It is also going to be hard to turn it on and off. The control button in on the bottom of the cylinder containing the batteries and it has all the light modes printed on it. Not something you want in display. You have to cycle though all 8 to put it on; I only want it on, not flashing … and then to turn it off. I think it is quite a lot of money for what it is.UPDATE: Sorry! Update to my previous review, I had forgotten about the REMOTE which work well. I have almost got the battery pack hidden, covered in ribbon and nearly managed to centre the “star shape” where I wanted it and dimmed the light to a suitable level. With a bit more tweaking it may be ok after all.

When lit these look pretty. However the battery only lasts a few hours on a full charge. It takes ages to charge, also the battery pack socket seemed damaged so it was very hard to plug in. Will probably throw these away . Oh and the remote doesn’t work properly either.Total waste of money!

Not overly impressed with these, 1 doesn’t work properly. Think it’s a loose connection tried fiddling with the position of the light strings but nothing seems to work. Remote control is also a bit naff, you have to be really close in order for it to work which defeats the whole object really. Not impressed, won’t order from this seller again.
