Did a super job cleaning the water and it was not drying to the skin. I like that it is able to be used not too long after you put it in and circulate it for awhile. Very pleased with this product.

I am not sure that this helps with much of the balance of chemicals but it does make the spa soft and makes the water very soft and enjoyable!! Easy to use!

Tried a few different water conditioners over the years and this one is definitely the best so far. Worked right away and no more dry itchy skin for me after soaking.

My wife and kids have sensitive skin. Anything I can do to make their lives easier, I do. I saw this product and hoped it would help with our Hot Tub. I will say, the water does feel softer. The scent you might, or might not, notice, as it is very subtle.I've just added this Gentle Spa to my second round of hot tub water (drained, cleaned, refilled). My hope is it lives up to the claims of not needing to adjust chemicals as much. On the first round, I did notice less movement on test strip readings, but I also had to adjust things like alkalinity, which I've not hardly touched in the past.We will see how things go using this product. I will update with positive or negative findings, should I have anything noteworthy.

Does not make the water have a nice smell like it advertises

The instructions are really good and clear. There is enough in one bottle for a lot of uses. I did notice a difference in the feel of the water after using it in my hot tub.
