I ordered this clock on Oct 14th with a scheduled Nov 3rd delivery date. The Item was picked up and transported to CEVA Logistics, the delivery carrier, of Oct 21. After that - nothing. Nov 3rd came and went with no clock and no message from CEVA. I emailed the company. No reply. I called and -after waiting on hold for over an hour - was told CEVA didn't know where the clock was. They supposedly would do a "dock check" to see if it had arrived at the nearest storage area to my house. I was promised a call the next day to let me know what the status was. Of course, I received nothing. Called again. Was told a new computer system was causing problems. Apparently large numbers of articles are wandering around, who knows where.End result: No clock, no contact, no possibility of recourse.Suggestion: Before buying anything online, check to see who is delivering the item. If it is CEVA, reread the above. Forewarned is forearmed.
