Great product, easy to light and burns with a good flame … I would recommend 2 - 3 at a time fyi. But a thumbs up from me.

Lovely product to handle, clean and no aroma or smoke - lights very easy and does burn for a long time, they were smaller than expected and for a decent size barbecue you would need two or three of them plus fairly easy to burn charcoal. Brickette style coals were not so successful. For the Green person they are ideal and also if you are taking a small barbie. out for picnic style trip great! Would I buy them again? Jury is out on this, but possibly, due to their ease of use and cleanliness of the natural product. Good value for money due to the number you get against coal style paraffin lighters

Really great fire lighters never get let down with these great prices

I've tried a few versions of these firelighters as there are lots varying in price. A lot of them come very small (way smaller than their description) and don't seem to burn brilliantly meaning you use more of them for the same job.I bought some flamers ones as I was given a sample pack a while back and they worked great. They were however full size, 10cm roughly, whilst again these were small 3cm. Saying that, compared to the other ones I've tried these actually burnt well and I only needed two and a bit of kindling to get a smokeless coal fire going.I'll probably come back to these again when I run out as they seem more reliable and burn hot for a good amount of time.

I’ve used Green Egg starter blocks, Kamado Joe starter blocks as well as other similar wound wood fire starters. The Flamers are by far the best.I can get my Big Green Egg (large) started with just one starter easily. They are easy to light and stay lit. Contrast that with the waxy blocks - I usually need at least two and need to let them burn for a while before adding additional charcoal (which can smother the waxy blocks).About the only negative vs the waxy blocks is that these take up more space and can break if crushed.

These firestarters made starting our fire while camping a breeze! They lit easily and consistently and lasted long enough to get the fire going well; we did not even have to use any kindling. Note our wood was hardwood and was nice and dry though. A must for going camping or for the home fire pit!
