What I wanted as I have to keep an eye on my blood/oxygen saturation. Pristine packaging - but sadly signs of the 'second-hand' on the unit I received. Everything, including the body of the unit itself, looking untouched down to the little carry bag and 'strape'(?) A very long strap. Unit is designed for use by a nurse not for the patient so you have to read the digits upside down. No problem really as the pulse rate and B/O saturation are not going to move about all that much unless you are having some kind of attack. The B/O saturation reading only goes up to 99% which is a shame. I like to see 100%. There is only room for the two digits as you get a rather ragged looking up and down reading of the pulse rate or something next to it. The only quibble I have is that on the unit sent to me there seems to be signs on the readout screen itself as though someone has had a go at it with a Stanley knife to try and get the screen out and 'revolve' it manually so that it is easier to read. There is an indication that the screen can be revolved digitally in the instruction booklet - sort of - but the instructions seem to have been badly translated into English from Martian. The 'Qu'Ihiop dialect I think. Oh, well it does the job - and is at a better price than can be found anywhere else.Addendum: Since submitting the above review I have realized that the poor look of the display was down to a protective plastic cover! My apologies to the supplier.

Bought this product to keeps check on my heart rate,as into suffer from irregular heart beat.and is really precise.I actually advised some nurses to buy one atvsy George's hospital tooting during my 11 days stay recently
