poor quality, no customer support, no spares for broken parts
Incredibly poor quality. Didn't last even 2 uses - the castor wheels broke. They have absolutely no provision for spares for broken parts. Their customer service team asked me to show a video of the broken part - 4 times, and then they took two weeks to tell me I have to buy another suitcase because they don't sell spares. What a waste of 7000

Premium looks and design, not for airline luggage handling
Corner edges on top are prone to denting during airline luggage handling. Otherwise the design and built are sturdy.
