I have other wax beads from Amazon that are very very gold, and are not see through. I use the glue stick kind to speed up the wedding invitation process. These were very time efficient. My only thing about these is that they’re not very opaque as you can see in my picture of my invitation. You can see through and see the string that held my vellum jacket together with my invite. They still looks nice but I would have preferred if you couldn’t see through the wax. If you’re planning to use these just to seal envelopes or anything like that, this will work perfectly. I also wish the color was a darker gold but this comes out more like light gold.

These worked out perfectly, they ended up being larger so I had to upgrade my glue gun. They added the perfect touch to my wedding invitations and I have plenty left over for some other diys I’m going to do for my wedding. Definitely recommend!

Worked perfectly for making wax impressions on letters and crafts

I like the ease of using it but the color isn’t really gold. It looks like more of a yellow candle only.
