Great mix
Started making sourdough in lockdown. Had lots of discarded starter . Found a recipe for sourdough crackers and have been using this salt mix to sprinkle on the top . So good that I make extra starter for the crackers . Highly recommended mix . Especially like the Italian Job .

Highly impressed
So I used it on the risotto and it worked a treat. A robust blend of Mediterranean flavours that reminded us of sunny days in Italy on a rainy day in the UK. Particularly like the inclusion of citrus - an inspired addition to the blend. It's subtle but beautifully judged. On the basis of this, I am going to try others from their range.
