After using it properly for over a week, my neck pain has improved significantly. The other products I had previously used were products that massaged or stretched the neck while lying down, and felt good when using it, but after finishing using them, the same symptoms returned, so I looked for a better product and bought this product. At first, I didn't know how to use it properly, so my neck felt a bit stiff and sore, but after watching the video on how to use it and following along, it felt like a massage + exercise. It was difficult at first, but the more I use it, the more my neck becomes more flexible and I feel like I can massage and exercise my muscles. It seems to be a similar principle to the exercises the doctor taught me during physical therapy. As I continued to do it little by little every day without being greedy, I got used to it, it wasn‘t difficult, and the original pain got much better. I think I would have written a bad review about this product if I had written a review 2-3 days after using it for the first time. However, after using it for about 3 weeks, it is definitely different from other products ^^ For those who have already purchased it, find a video on how to use it and try it again!

My husband bought this contraption and didn’t realize that you have to actively hold it in place while using it. That was quite awkward, so back it went.

After using this for about 3 days, my neck pain completely disappeared.Other products on Amazon are products just lie down or massage the neck, and these products didn't have much effect, but this product makes c curve on the cervical spine while exercising the neck. It was unfamiliar at first, but after using it for 3 days, I found out why this product is good.When I first received it and used it, my neck was a little stiff and painful, but when I used it the next day, my neck was really cool and the muscle massage seemed to be working properly.I like it so much so I will keep using it.This is completely perfect for people who has a neck pain.

I couldn’t use the Chiro Care Neck Strengthener at all and I returned it, yet I gave it a 3-star rating. Why? I split the difference between 1 star, because I had no idea that I wasn’t going to be able to use it, and 5 stars, because it is a well-made product that seems like it would be very convenient and useful for people who can use it. Explanation: In order to use this product you have to have a skull that is round enough to hold it in place. I don’t. It is very strong, and if the back of your head is at all flat, you simply will not be able to hold it in place. It will slip out of position. So, if you can’t keep a head band from slipping up the back of your head, don’t buy this product. If you have a nicely rounded head with a sort of “ledge” above the back of your neck, which probably most people do, then go ahead and try it. I wish I could have used it.

When I ordered this, I thought it was similar to one of those devices that help straighten a curved back. (From years of slouching at a desk), but this is more of an exercise thing to strengthen your neck, maybe stretch it a bit. So I'll give it points because it feels pretty good to stretch my neck, but I also feel worried the force it has pushing against it is somehow going to break my neck, lol. I know it won't, it requires many pounds of force to break a neck, more than this device can dish out. But nonetheless I feel uneasy using it. In the end, it really didn't do what I thought it would, but it might be handy for someone that's looking to stretch and exercise their neck, I just don't think it's going to fix any curved spines.

The product is fantastic to do cervical extension exercises! It is easy to use and is very effective. It also does a great job of applying pressure to the suboccipital muscles to help release them. The only issue I have with the product is the size. I do not have a very long neck and so it is a little too big for my comfort. Don't get me wrong still very usable! However I feel like it would be more comfortable if there was a smaller size option for those with shorter necks. Overall great product that works well for it's intended purpose!
