People seriously need to read product descriptions closer. I noticed a lot of reviews for this product complaining about how this headset isn’t noise canceling. Well, the company advertises this headset as having a noise canceling MIC (the part you talk into) - it is not noise canceling to the wearer (the part you hear). To clarify, if you are in a loud setting (like my office) the person on the other end of your call can hear your voice crystal clear without hearing all the background noise behind you. However, YOU will still hear the background noise (although muffled quite a bit due to the around-the-ears fit). So, I’m giving it 5 stars because it’s exactly as described - has a noise canceling mic. It’s also very comfortable (i wear it almost all day to listen to music when not in meetings). One of the few sets I found that is around-the-ear (vs. on-the-ear). Highly recommend!

I purchased these headphones back in October 2024. I've had the for 9 months with fairly minimal issues. Headphones crumbled during work hours. Being of African decent I think the plastic weakened due to having condition hair.

For reference I teach from home. The good is that these are noise canceling. I played music from my phone volume all the way up and my students could not hear the music along with my dog barking. So that is great. I have a small head and these headphones are very uncomfortable for me. They give the feeling of being underwater because they completely enclose both of your ears and they press tight. The other con for me is that. In order to mute, you have to actually lift the microphone all the way up or press the button. That's on the earpart, it would be nice if there was A mute option on the cord. With all of that being said, I am keeping them because the noise cancellation is worth it for me and I can move them around a lot ten help some with the discomfort

These head phones do not work with the Teams platform. After multiple google searches for work arounds, ideas etc. could not get them to work. Great head phones if you just want to listen to music or watch a movie on your computer.

I contacted the sellers because they had the same headphones in two places on Amazon and one had a $10 coupon . I asked them to hold it and never heard back. Shame because the comfort was unmatched. The sound was not clear and crisp more bass in it than I like but for $35 worth it. $50 plus tax not worth it found alt pair that is just as nice and same price with $10 coupon and 25% off and I am glad they did not answer. I work in a cubicle environment and it can get NOISY. The single earpiece headset they provide was not cutting it. The headphones don’t block all outer sound, but they shouldn’t. It would be super weird to talk to someone and not be able to hear your own voice. But it does muffle the sound and that helps. Microphone works great. If I had any wish it would be that you could lock the headset ear cups in place. They move around a lot. But that’s a small issue. Happy to have them!

I suspected this when ordering, but figured I would try them out: the noise-canceling feature for this headset is only for the MICROPHONE, to help listeners hear you better on calls. The headphones do not have any noise canceling feature other than the fact that they cover your ears. The noise blockage they provide is very minimal; I've had a pair of over-ear headphones before that also did not have active noise cancellation, and they did a better job at blocking out noise than these do. I'll have to return them.I don't recommend this headset for use in environments that are not quiet, or you may have trouble hearing. The volume does seem like it goes decently high, but still, if your environment is somewhat noisy, it will likely be a problem sometimes.I was trying to find a good pair of wired/USB over-ear headphones, but so far, I'm having to stick with my bluetooth noise-canceling headphones.
