OFF does not mean OFF.
The media could not be loaded. Does not turn off. When you drain fryer to clean it, the thermostat will kick on when it’s cooled down.If you turn the dial to OFF it doesn’t mean it’s off. When the temp falls below a certain temp it tries to fire up. Switch does not have a dedicated off.
