Colpermin IBS Relief - Peppermint Oil Capsules for Irritable Bowel Syndrome – Colpermin Capsules - 100 Pack

I’ve tried many peppermint oil capsules to aid with digestion and help with IBS. None have worked until I found Colpermin. Just 3 capsules per day, half an hour after meals and the difference is amazing. I no longer struggle with bloating and other digestive issues. I think it’s because these have such a tough capsule shell, they don’t get lost high up in the digestive system and work directly on the colon to prevent bowel spasms and aid in better digestion. I fully recommend Colpermin and would not use any other brand. Others may be cheaper but these are worth the extra money.

For the past 3 years I have suffered from IBS. During this time, I tried numerous medications, had many tests done, tried the low fodmap diet, gave up certain foods, but nothing seemed to work, and I was always in constant pain. It affected my life so much so that I didn't even feel like leaving my home. I then tried the more natural path of using probiotics, but found their effect to be inconsistent: I would have one good day followed by two bad days. This past week I had my worst IBS flare-up ever, that I was in bed the whole weekend, bloated and constipated, feeling like my belly was going to explode and I was going to pass out. Usually when I would feel like this, I would turn to Buscopan, but even that wasn't helping. After searching the net, I came across Colpermin and decided to give them a go. They arrived on the Monday, and I took 1, three times a day, an hour before food. After just one day, I felt so much better, and after the third day I felt like I did before I ever suffered from IBS. I feel so light and amazing within, that I just had to share this review so that other sufferers could come to know about this amazing product. Also, one of the biggest bonuses is that the capsule packaging can be easily separated, so you can take them with you anywhere.

I'm very pleased with these. I take one (or two if eating a big meal) BEFORE eating and they work as claimed. No more bloating or discomfort. If consuming pasta or anything that normally causes hours of gut discomfort, I take two of these capsules beforehand. I've only deducted one star from the review because these capsules contain titanium dioxide (E171) and another additive: E132. I don't see why it's necessary to add any artificial additives to peppermint. I'm sure they could make these WITHOUT the unnecessary E numbers and junk, so I may look elsewhere in future for peppermint capsules without all these additives etc, if I can find any other peppermint capsules that work as good as these.

I have suffered with IBS for 20+ years, both in stressful situations and with certain foods that really upset me. My doctor put me on Colpermin in the mid 1990s and I have used them ever since. I only take them when I know problems are likely, not a regular medication. In fact not a medication at all since these are specially coated capsules of very strong mint. The capsule does not dissolve until it has passed through the stomach delivering the mint where it is most needed. They are expensive admittedly but have been around this price for years. I would still have the on prescription but chemists are always cutting corners and the ones I gat now are ghastly with an unpleasant liquorice aftertaste and a feeling of indigestion for hours after swallowing. Colpermin have none of these effects - it is worth spending the money for me.

I often wake up with stomach cramps so keep them in my bedside cabinet, I take two with paracetamol extra, by the time it takes me to get ready for work, they have usually solved the problem.

These work so fast. And im not scared about running out as theres so many. You cant taste them unless you burp then it tastes like mint
