I’ve been using Vitality Pro’s Trans Resveratrol Micronised Powder for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed.The high purity and micronised formula make it easy to absorb, and I’ve noticed a boost in my energy levels and overall well-being.It mixes well with my morning smoothies and has a neutral taste.The fact that it’s vegan-friendly and free from fillers is a big plus for me.Overall, it’s a high-quality supplement that seems to deliver on its promises. The media could not be loaded. The dosage is about right at 500mg per scoop. I was searching for one that had a 500mg dose, but quantity is a bit low for me that I won't notice a difference unless 6 months to one year have gone by at least. This is supposed to help cellular regeneration at the well cellular level, so you may not notice a difference for many months ahead. As something that costs almost 100 quid I would expect it to be 1kg supply that will last long enough to notice and if it doesn't then I would know for sure. If I was paying for this I wouldn't have bought it because I've used resveratrol before and it does take ages for me to see any benefits, and have used cheaper in the past.The good--It works but will take time. (Helps healthy ageing of cells in the body). Especially during exercise.-Doesn't taste of anything and is in fact quite pleasant.-Can take it directly in the mouth or mixed in with your drinks or food as it mixes easy.The bad--Just the high price.In my opinion I personally wouldn't buy it for its current 100g quantity, but the product itself seems to be a good one for its purity. I personally take it on an empty stomach during my intermittent fasting, but with omega 3 fatty acid capsules (Fish oils). It should help absorb the powder with those healthy fats without the excess calories in a meal. Though other times It goes well with a keto diet plan during the intermittent fasting period so it not only helps cellular regeneration from autohpagy during fasting, but also helps to eliminate free radicals in the body which can cause harm to cells as we age.In other words the best time to take this would be either as your intermittent fasting on empty stomach in the morning but with supplement, under the tongue one scoop is how I take it for fast absorption, then some exercise, then come evening time to have a healthy fat keto diet, then could take another scoop with the meal. That's what I did to support healthy ageing to its perfection.It won't last long though at 100g so I can't prove the benefits, though i know resveratrol is a real thing it is a chemical found in red grapes and products made from grapes wine and juice for example, and has many health benefits. Just not with anything that contains sugar, because sugar is what destroys the health benefits of resveratrol.This is a good one I think, but the lack of quantity doesn't help me really examine its full benefits, but it should be doing something even a little at the cellular level, at least for a few weeks or so. There is a warning that states "If an adverse reaction occurs stop using and consult your GP Doctor". I personally have not had a reaction to this product. Should this change I will update.I want to note that 1 level scoop is said to be equal to 500mg and 2 scoops is 1000mg. It says your allowed 1-2 scoops per day.

Excellent packaging...and the dosage spoon is adorable. I enjoy the experience of including this with my daily supplements. I like the bitter taste and usually tip two spoons onto my tongue and eat a banana or chuck of cheese with this...occasionally I will sprinkle on toast with marmite and cheese or just swill back with water. I have noticed an overall improvement in energy for a few hours after having this so I think is a good supplement to continue with. I hope for a continued improvement to general well being whilst using this...so far it's been a couple of weeks and no noticeable unpleasant side effects.

In terms of packaging, country of origin (UK), instructions & information there are few better on the market (5 stars). For those not in the know, Trans-Resveratrol has been proven to reduce oxidative stress & even reverse cellular ageing in rats and as I am getting on a bit, anything that helps the cells, is well worth a try. The powder formulation is easy to take but hard to dissolve in fruit juice etc. Where I struggle a little though is on price. Yes, the trans version is far easier to get into the blood and yes this is one of the purest resveratrol supplements I have seen (greater than 99%), BUT, if you are prepared to take a risk (as in, is it genuine) and opt for a Chinese manufactured brand, you’d expect to pay at least half this price. That said, if you want the real McCoy in the optimum formulation and ISO approved, then the Vitality Pro brand is the place to be. A healthy 3 stars then, would have been 4, possibly 5 if that price was a little more competitive!

This review is for the 30g tub of micronized trans-resveratrol powder. The jar comes sealed and with a scoop to measure the product. I like that the product is 3rd party tested as this gives extra peace of mind which feels necessary with the amount of supplements flooding the market from various brands. I added this powder to my drink and unfortunately, the taste was very bitter and noticeable and the powder did not dissolve very well. After this first experience, I switched to making myself a mixture of the product and a small amount of water and taking it in a shot glass to avoid the taste. They advise that this product is taken with a meal with fats which is likely to improve the absorption. Resveratrol is known as a good antioxidant and this seems to be a high-quality version of that. The price is very high for a 30-day supply. Overall it seems a good quality product.
