I purchased three safety cones. They were shipped very quickly and were packaged well without any damage.The description suggested that each cone was rather heavy. Certainly heavy enough to resist tipping due to high wind. But they are not really heavy at all. I have a few traditional stackable 18" poly cones and these actually feel slightly lighter. No problems moving them from place to place, and certainly not a problem when collapsed flat.The led illuminates well, but note that the led illuminates internally, making the orange body of the cone light up uniformly. The reflective tape is opaque and so does not light up in the evening. This is not a problem since reflectivity is best used for oncoming vehicles. Also, illuminating the entire cone makes the CONE more visible, as opposed to a small lit LED at the top of the cone. There is an opening at the top of the cone, and although I believe the cone is considered waterproof/resistant, I have yet to test them in rain. The good news is that since they fold flat, they are simple to store. So I probably would just store them away when not in use.Opening the cone up is a breeze. Collapsing is a little trickier. I found that collapsing outer segments first and working inward is the easiest way to do this. One minor CON is that the light circuitry is in the BASE. Therefore, unlike traditional safety cones, the base is NOT HOLLOW. You cannot stack these opened. They will only stack when collapsed flat. Is this a deal breaker? I think not. Still, something to keep in mind.

Great quality, great value, excellent safety tool, I bought 2, this was a safety device for my fiance' who does gardening sometimes near roads. I selected this model because it is lighted - which is a great option, but even without the light activated this is a full sized, well designed and highly reflective safety device.Better - it collapses down into it's base for easy storage. It's the only device of it's type I've purchased. I cannot speak to other options. I can say, this exceeded my expectations.

So, I live in Minnesota and cannot shovel my long driveway anymore. So I hired a plow driver this year and I bought this orange cone. I needed this product to alert the driver of an all white appliance that is wedge in basement window.The driver and I were pleased by this product. The driver could easily identify the cone in the white snow. I am pleased by its thick form and quality design. It's tall. It's orange. It's reflective.The product will not tip-over in the cold bitter wind gusts. Once stretched open telescopically it remains firm in position.Worth a buy.I read reviews and purchased this cone after reading a Fire Dept employee purchased these and said they are quality.

Ok, I read the darn description and still was not convince, totally! I got them (2) quickly and this item is great. Very tall, well built, looks like it will last. I have a 42 fifth wheel parked in front of my house. The standard cones I bought were fine but people hit them on my nice 25 mph "neighborhood street"! These will be seen much better, and at greater distance. Light is bright and visable long before most cell phone, texting drivers reach my house. Therefore, I expect them to give me more peace of mind! Buy them, if nothing else, they store flat in any RV compartment!

Best thing on the narket...can use at home or in an rv especially if you have a breakdown...can even keep in truck or car...steady light, flashing light or no light at all.

The bottom is made out of regular plastic. We used them to teach our son parking, and if you hit them the plastic just breaks in many pieces!! You would assume, that the bottom is made out of rubber and not cheap plastic!! Don’t buy it!!

First off, ignore and forget the blinking light. If it works, it's ok for pedestrians... not for anything moving at speed. These are excellent for use in traffic zones, I use these as a firefighter. The orange bodies are bright and visible at a great distance, they're brighter than the standard rubber cones we keep on the fire trucks. Of course, you can't stack them up quickly, but that's the trade-off for the compact storage. I ordered 5 of these and 5 from Cortina. Both are visually the same, but the Cortina has 1/4" taller rubber feet, not a big deal. I've had two destroyed by vehicles running over them, so will be ordering a replacement set soon.
