Pleased with this inexpensive peeler
I bought this 7 months ago in January and it's been used quite regularly for peeling potatoes, carrots and such with ease.It sure makes life a lot easier than using a short spud knife, it peels the veg without showing signs of going blunt, nor does it get stuck during peeling. I'd gladly buy another one in the future if/when this ever deteriorates.I've seen reviews about it going rusty in next to no time so i suppose that's what happens if it's left soaking in water for to long.Mine is still as good as it was when first purchased presumably because i've never left it immersed in water.Recommend this as long as you keep it dry with a quick rinse and a few flicks after each use !!!!!

These are the best peelers
I find these really efficient - they last quite a few months or more, eventually the blade will keep falling out and refuse to be put back securely, but these are cheap enough to replace.

Fair enough for the price
Does it job, but the blade is falling out making discomfort while peeling. The steel is easy to bend. I can say- what you pay you get. It would be better to pay a little more to avoid disappointment.

Blade not sharp and also falling off.
I found this to be a very low quality product. The blade is not sharp, in fact it looks like it's been hammered in places (see picture). As it is not sharp enough, when peeling a potato it feels like its scraping the skin of it rather than cutting it. 2nd main issue is that the blade keeps falling off. Probably because I need to apply more force on it in order to cut. So this will lklikelu go to bin. Not worth the effort to return it since it cost £2
