I was looking for a first 3D printer that didn't come in kit form that could print in a variety of materials, including ABS, which requires a heated bed. Bibo printed virtually straight out of the box. Those first prints showed me the magic a 3D printer could perform. It fired my imagination and I now can't stop thinking about how I can use my creativity in a way that wasn't possible before. The possibilities are endless. Stuff that I thought could never be repaired and had to be thrown out can now have a replacement part printed for it. Gifts for others can literally be downloaded and printed.One thing I've noticed over the month I've had this machine is that parts I print out today look better than those I printed earlier. So there is a bit of a learning curve to get to grips with 3D printing. And you can expect some hands on maintenance to tune Bibo to its full potential.The customer support is very responsive and communicate either by email or through a Whatsapp group, which I highly recommend because it's a place where all Bibo owners can exchange ideas and solve problems. I had a problem with the glass plate that came with the printer, so I ordered a Signstek replacement on Amazon and was refunded for the amount I paid for it.A word of warning: 3D printing is very fun and rewarding, but is extremely addictive!

This is a great 3D printer, especially for the price. The enclosure is really solid and everything is super easy to set up. It comes with spare parts in case anything goes wrong, and the documentation and tutorial videos are straightforward, comprehensive and easy to understand. I'm using it with SketchUp and Simplify3D, and it works great! It only took a few hours to get my first model printed, and now I'm experimenting with more complicated prints. I'm having a blast and can see that this will be a great hobby for a long time to come. Printing time is pretty great too, compared to friend's Prusa 3. I can print a smallish 2cm x 2cm x 2cm model with some fine details, on highest quality settings, in less than an hour.I actually bought mine used from Amazon Warehouse Deals, and the previous owner had blocked one of the extruders and pulled a themistor out from its intended location - Bibo3D's support was fantastic and helped me solve all issues really quickly. I can tell they really care about their customers and do their best to respond as fast as possible to all queries - if they are awake (they are in China), responses to questions are usually almost instant.

The only thing better than this printer is their customer service.This is a really well put together and accurate printer that has impressed me right from first use.A nice, clear touch control panel and the simplest filament change system I have seen - so much easier to use than the one on my Prusa i3 clone. Actually makes changing filament a pleasure, rather than a chore.If you have ever been worried about buying from a Chinese firm and having to deal with poor aftercare service, BIBO is the company to change your opinion.I had a minor issue with the printer, that could not have been handled better by any company in the world. There was always a fast, friendly response to my questions and always in excellent English.I really can't recommend this printer highly enough, whether you are looking for your first 3D printer or want to move onto a more professional model, this is the one for you.

They always say judge a company by their customer service so heres my experience! Out the box my printer died after an hour, no lights, no control panel, nothing. Being a bit tekkie I identifier the issue to be a faulty power supply unit, I have to say the Bibo support (via email & WhatsApp group) was simply faultless and sent a link for me to order a replacement and refunded the cost, so following a bumpy start where I was leaning towards getting the hump I've fixed the issue and am madly printing Christmas presents like I've been using the machine for years! If in doubt fear not this is a great product supported exceptionally well. 4 out of 5 stars because it arrived faulty but 10 out of 10 for custoner support.Update,The printer has now been running almost non stop for days without fault, I love it, rating in creased from 4 to 5 stars!

Prior to purchase spent a number of hours reviewing other printer specs on the market as this is my first 3D printer and found this to be excellent value for the money.As stated in a previous review there is a learning curve not with just the machine but supporting software and materials (filaments). Really happy with the projects completed to date in PLA and hope to make more complicated items in the future using different materials and colours. To date the support from BIBO has been excellent resolving any issues I have raised.Really happy with the 3D printer and the quality of the items produced.

Only had this printer a few days and being new to 3d printing I cannot compare with others, however, it is great!The device is well made, the instructions to assemble are presented very clearly in 50+ very short videos.Once setup, the test print was very easy to run and worked perfectly.Configuring the slicing programs to prep my own print took some doing and trial and error, but no one said it would be easy.The addition of the laser is a nice touch although a little fiddly to swap out so I'm not sure how much use it'll get.In general, a first class tool. Just don't expect to be able to simple CTRL+P print - but that goes for all 3d printers I think.

I bought this 3D printer for almost a week and it is good with the money we have paid. There are, however, a few issues related to this printer that I have bought and the sellers tried to help really quickly, even on Saturday.

I've had some really great prints. Really low error rate even on a 3 day solid print run. Highly recommended for beginners and seasoned thingie makers alike. Excellent support too. Great community on Facebook and WhatsApp.
