Good oil - recommends seller
Safflower oil is great for weight loss. I use it mainly for salad dressings, with ACV and Mustard powder. Should not be heated. Very nutritious. Somewhat neutral taste, not as strong as Olive oil.I have been ordering it from this seller for the last few months and highly recommend. Parcel is dispatched promptly, bottle is carefully wrapped.

This is a wonderful product. Finding it hard to buy from Health Stores.It was first suggested to me by a doctor at the hospital. I have been taking it for many years,and would highly recommend it to anyone suffering from bowel problems.

i ordered this after reading about its health benefits- am hoping it dose what it promises. its too early to comment at the moment as i have been taking it for a just a while. i take a table spoon full a day.

product arrived promptly and well packed. It tastes much the same as olive oil and is nice in salads. It has a reputation for weight reduction and dissolving tummy fat, time will tell?
