The important thing: the finger print sensor is fast and reliable. Phew. Adding fingerprints and rfid cards is easy.Installation: Super easy. I did it myself and I'm definitely not a DIy person. It replaces the entire lock cylinder but it's just a screw. Check you have 4cm of clearance, it's chunkier than it looks!Once installed it sort of works like a physical key. When "unlocked" you turn it to lock or unlock the door just like a key. When "locked" it spins freely and doesn't unlock your door.

We have tried a couple of "smart" locks at home and unfortunately they haven't lived up to the specs. Either wrong sized or just poor quality ... this this is totally different. It's bloody brilliant!10 minutes to install (and I'm not a keen DIY-er) and another 10 mins to play around and figure it out. and it's fantastic.To lock: thumbprint, turn and it's lockedTo unlock: thumbprint, turn and it's unlocked.Absolute game changer. Use your phone, fingerprint, Supplied mini-cards ... all dead easy.

We had this lock for almost 2 months, was easy to install. Had no issues to use finger print, the fob or when using the app. Really pleased with it as we don’t have to worry about carrying keys or losing them. Highly recommended

Finger scanner stopped working after 6 months, the cards still work, so does the option to unlock with phone so we weren't locked out, finger sensor doesn't work if wet so we turn it upside down when we leave the house (it rains a lot in the Uk) Warranty 2 years and they upheld this, offered a replacement or a refund. Once an issue is logged they are very responsive, Due to the high level of service I have decided to purchase a different model.

Amazing product, perfect fitting on my door

Item received with twisted woter proof rubber seal.lock's part which is outside of door must be waterproof and for that manufacturer fitted rubber seal which when I receive lock wouldn't fit properly, seal was twisted and so there was gep and so water will get in there and damage parts stored inside.when circuit inside get wet definitely it would effect lock working. In my opinion this is design faults. In outside part there is battery compartment, a reset button,a usb port to use in emergency when battery is flat.all these parts should be housed inside part of lock. In case lock develops fault and elctronic circuitry dont work THERE IS NO MECHANICAL KEY TO OPEN LOCK. I only received today and now lock going back. It look very easy to install. Should fit ok due to design to fit various lenth.having all part outside and only covered by rubber seal and that seal is easy to open so in my opinion security not at top.looking at leaflet provided it has few good feature so i think could classified as value for money provided item is waterproof and and secure.

This is amazing especially as a contingency, I never felt secure in my ability to not mess it up doing it on my front door so have added it to my back, This is perfect for me as several times I’ve had to climb through my kitchen window as no one has been home and I haven’t had my keys.It comes with all the necessary tools do to the job although I’d require using an electric drill or your own personal screwdriver to deal with the door - It’s just easier.So DIY is not my fortay! From squint TV’s on the wall to numerous holes for shelves I’ve messed up and finally gotten my wife to do it instead (not even joking) but honestly a quick watch on my favourite instruction manual (YouTube) try not get distracted though don’t think the wife was too please when 30 mins later I’m still watching my instructional video (Try not to laugh videos, woops.)You unscrew 1 screw from the edge of the door the lock slides out after you unscrew any necessary parts of your lock (so many are different so no point explaining) but the lock sides into a standard lock hole (Uk) put it together as the video instructs and off you go.I live in Scotland and decided to add the keycards and fingerprint settings after I had installed it which let all the cold into the house (I think I'm sleeping on the couch tonight thanks to this lock lol, 30 min YouTube videos and letting the cold in the house, Awell it was worth it) anyway…. I highly recommend setting your cards and fingerprints up before you install it just for ease however either way it’s simple to do.I’d say this is more useful for people who own caravans, air bnbs etc as the app allows you to set dates and times from when people can use it, although anyone can use it and I know my son is no looking to get one as he’s extremely jealous our house has more tech swag than him. Parents 1 Tech child 0!
