Rip-OFF
Ordered two of these and the community filter for over $500.oo the two extra filter showed up right on time but the filter supposedly went some 116 miles away. Amazon reordered and now ups is saying they have not received the filter from "LIFE STRAW." Tried calling Life Straw but a recording says that their voice mail is full and " good bye." Did a search on line and found that life straw has a lot of complaints with the BBB. So I'll have to wait and see where this ends up. BUYER BEWAR!!!!!!!! Wish I had the option of a less than 0 stars.

Broken, horrible shipping box!
Ordered 2 of these and both came in broken. Both were shipped in the manufactures box which were the biggest joke of all, thin paper like box that wasnt even taped! Ordering a 3rd and hoping it's better.
