I’ve always been a bit skeptical about preworkout powders and never bothered using them. I thought I’d buy some and give it a go as now and again I feel very fatigued during my workouts.I can’t actually believe what a difference it made. I took it 20 mins before I headed to the gym. I felt more focused and did more sets than usual. I did an hour but left due to it being extremely busy. I could have actually gone on for another hour. I was still full of energy walking home and even considered going for a run.I had no side effects at all other than an extra burst of energy and focus. No itching, tingling or flushing. It tastes nice and fruity and mixes easily with water.If you’re on the fence like I was just go ahead and purchase this ON preworkout. You’ll be amazed at the results!

This is my first ever pre-workout supplement and it worked miracles. The first day I used it I started with just a short time on the exercise bikes (I know it is not recommenced to take this before cardio but it was freezing outside so I had to have a short warm-up) and I could straight away see the affects. I could easily breeze through a higher difficulty on the bike than I normally use whilst keeping the same speed going; I even had to check that the bike was not broken - this is how much of an affect it had!When using this product I find I can up the weights that I am lifting and still get through those last few hard pumps without my muscles giving up on me. You can also go for longer and get through more sets and be able to successfully do more different workouts for of your muscles without you running out of energy to push.The taste of this product is not nice at all but just about bearable, however from what I have read no pre-workouts have a very good taste. The powder mixes relatively well but I tend to use more water than specified to help with this process. When using this product I have only encountered the jitters once which was only short lived.Overall I would defiantly recommend people to use this product - just ignore the taste and thing of the benefits which you are getting from it!

It tastes like the KA drink fruit punch flavour.Obviously being a supplement it has a slight touch of sweetness but nothing to worry about. Recommend this flavour for sure.

Powdered power. Great taste, beautiful flavour which tastes great with milk. Everything you need to take before a workout to get a good buzz and stay healthy.

I buy a lot of pre workouts, Im in the gym 5 days a week every year, so a preworkout is important as I do shift work, i found that despite the basicness of the this product it always gives you that wake up 'buzz' that some of the fancier and more expensive pre-workouts don't. due to it working consistantly i rate this 11/10.

I have been buying this for a while now and no issue. But this one came slightly opened and spilled, don’t understand why or how.

Works like a wonder !! Very strong effects to boost your muscles function against weights. Your heart will be strong as well . I am blown to see how far I can push myself in my gym .Only the caution I would give is not to take optimum nutrition protein with this pre work out at the same time as I had experienced fast heart beats and felt unwell. I could still continue my cardio class to attend but do not recommend to do the same ! It was like a heavy heart and struggle to breathe. If you are not a good swimmer possibly you will get anxiety !Otherwise this is perfect . Stunning effects to bring ourselves to the next stages without much struggles! Light push would move you super far . One cup is more than enough for me for a normal gym sessions plus machines .thé day i take this brings always astonishing records of walking or weights to lift by legs etc . Brings me a wow sensation and keep me shaped and fit . Mind and head are clearer too !
