Second purchase having passed on one to someone else.Much easier to monitor the tank temperature daiky especially during the winter months when temperature of tank can fall. Or when you suspect heater has stopped working. I keep one to check temp of water added during a partial water change. Far better than floating thermometer which in my experience can be wildly inaccurate.

Been using this for several months now on my 2ft tank and small shrimp cube it has massively helped me keep a consistent temp great battery life the stickiness isn't the best but abit of water on before putting on the tank really helps

The thermometer is compact and lightweight. Easy to attach to any surface, has a key mount option on the back (Using this to monitor cool box internal temperature for food when camping). Can be quickly switched between Celsius and Fahrenheit depending on preference. As for accuracy, checked against a known reliable indicator showed this reads +0.6 degrees celsius from the expected value which is well within the 1 degree tolerance. Refresh rate of approximately every 10 seconds on readout. A good, simple and effective device for temperature readout.

Perfect for price, bought to test water temp for outdoor swimming. Nice and compact for carrying around, only downside is it takes a minute to get its final reading, otherwise great value for money and much more accurate than a floating temperature gauge.

I bought mine on the 21st December, i bought two, one for my brother and one for my large 110 Litre tank, Mines been working perfectly until two days ago, did a Water change on my fish tank, A few hours later i checked my Thermometer and it started to read 16C above my tanks temp real temp of 25c, my small tank has a built in temp sensor in the heater and that reads 25c in both tanks down to + or - 1, it seems over time they become less and less accurate, I wanted to love the product and was gonna buy more until i noticed this issue, My brothers one seems fairly accurate still but this is making me not want to buy anymore due to what seems like quality issues with the product.
