Well, the cheese is the last thing for grater to be used for as the big holes are way apart so the cheese tend to sticks than slides so difficult, labour intensive also any of the crumbs which does not go though goes all over the place as it does not have any edge to hold any bits. I've tried to grate cucumber and its juice went everywhere. The horizontal angle for grating cheese or any veg is not nature so I've gone back to my old traditional 4-sided grater. Luckily, I've found the smaller grater perfect for grating ginger and garlic otherwise it would be complete waste of money.

Does exactly what it's meant to do. No problems. Easy to use and easy to clean.

Good tubs to collect and store in, grates well, nice kit

Cheese blocks are quite cheaper than grated packs at stores, But grating them had become hard part as I’ve been using grater but it’s nightmare to make it work and to collect after grating. So was searching for one easy grater and found this , the good part is I can cover with LID and use it as storage box. AS it comes with two different grating shaping, which can be used for multi purposes. Easy to hold the grater and my previous one as I’ve to hold and force it from the top. This is great! When I got it I thought it seemed a bit big but decided to give it a try on some ginger (fine mesh) and then some cheese (mesh as in picture)- it's really good! It's very easy to use and is a good "quick use" for everyday gratings. And it has the added benefit of being able to store any excess grated cheese in the box. The box part comes with a lift-out lid which can be left in place during fine mesh grating to catch small quantity gratings such as ginger. For grating with the large mesh simply remove the inset lid and cath the grated food in the box...simple! It's a very versatile product and I'm so glad I tried it....definitely a keeper.

After trying to find a decent grater that didn’t slip and slide all over the place and once that kept the cheese from spreading all over my worktop I stumbled upon the Chef Remi cheese grater. It is by far the best grater I have ever used. Two different grating sizes, how many more do you need? (I never used the slicing or zesting sides of my triangular grater anyway.) there is an airtight kid to put on top of the container for any leftover cheese to be stored in the fridge. Superb for grating veggies too. No mess, fling it in the dishwasher and cones up like new. Wouldn’t use any other grater now and will be buying more for family and friend. Just buy it...it’s the best.

The ultimate cheese grater, it doesn't slip on the counter and it collects the cheese. I've had mine over a year and it still looks and feels brand new. Having said that, I don't put it in the dishwasher but it's very quick and easy to ash by hand. Two different grater lids is also very useful.
