Its a good pillow, high quality cover. However the outer cover is a tuck in, not a zip as described and displayed. The inner pillow case is zippered. So i should give 4 stars but i haven't because: When i got in touch with the company to ask about the zippered case, they explained that people had given them feedback that the zip was uncomfortable, so they changed it to a tuck-in. When i explained that i chose the pillow specifically for the zip, then actually send me a zippered outer pillow case! So, for a good product and excellent customer service, and trying to keep both the zip-camp and the non-zip-camp happy, I'm giving 5 stars! Many thanks from the zip-camp :)

I love this pillow, really comfortable.

I bought this pillow to put behind my neck when I’m sat up in bed watching TV, as I get bad neck ache. It’s very comfortable and supports my neck well, my pain has been reduced since I started using it. As a bonus, I also find the pillow very useful when I’m laid on my side watching TV, it puts my head at the right height so my shoulders aren’t hunched - which is so much more comfortable than using a normal pillow. It’s so comfortable, I’ve often fallen asleep watching tv on my side - whereas I normally have to sleep on my back and use a special cervical contour memory foam pillow due to my having a back disability which causes me a lot of pain. I’d recommend this pillow to everyone - you won’t regret buying it, and will wish you’d bought one earlier as I do.

it was a little hard but you can take out some of the stuffing out of it , its not a bad pillow and it does the job ..

Very satisfied with the quality of this pillow and that the cover is removable to wash. It’s very firm, no gaps or saggy areas through not being stuffed enough and it gives good support. I’ve only recently received it and can’t quite decide whether to remove a small amount of the stuffing or not. I think it may soften down a bit with use. Either way the option’s there and I’m happy with it. Would recommend.

I can give 5 stars to the product, nothing bad about it, the problem was about the delivery and this is not about the seller, it is about AMZ delivery... The latest deliveries in recent months have been terrible. I'm at home and they never knock on the door just leaving the parcels there, at the door in the sight of anyone who wants to take them. I buy a lot on Amazon but I'm starting to doubt whether to continue doing so for that reason.
