This is like balance pads used by therapists. Order the largest size if you want to stand diagonally on it with both feet. Great for improving balance. Useful to train muscles for balance for stand up paddleboards. You will feel your muscles in your legs when you start using it. Good thickness and quality.

The quality is excellent, and the size is large enough for one person to do leg and lower back exercises. It feels firm when sitting on it, not soft or flimsy. It’s also very comfortable, worth buying, and reasonably priced.

Love this mat ! Perfect companion for doing exercise to improve balance! Its very well build and come in different colors. It's also very sturdy while doing floor weight exercises. Yes, it is also good value for my money!

Pad is firm and holds its shape well. Would recommend buying it. Only wish it was larger.

Love this. Didn't tear even after the dog got ahold of it.I love it! I use it for my knees but I use it mainly to sit on. I have used it, (and still do periodically), for exercising. It's size is absolutely fantastic especially considering I have a big ol wide butt/hips. The height, firmness, and functionality of it is absolutely perfect to hold my weight whether I am sitting on it, kneeling, or standing/exercising on it. I will say the durability is fantastic. The day it arrived and I unpackaged it, it was still covered in clear plastic but somehow my dog (a 77lb boxer just for reference) got ahold of it and started clawing at it and playing with it thinking it was some new toy. She tore the plastic and scratched just the surface of the foam but never penetrated it or tore a hole in the foam so that was a huge plus! I included a picture to show the "damage" that my boxer did to it, very miniscule considering her breed, size and weight that she put into clawing this foam. I def recommend it. If something ever happens to this one, I would buy it again.

I use it on regular basis and no complains so far. Easy to maintain and clean. This is used in my daily activities of excersise routine for the balanced poses. Like I do boat poses, locust poses and jump for my ankle stability. Love it.

I really love this pad. I have arthritis in my knees and this is helpful in cushioning my transition down to and up from the floor. I also use it for my yoga poses that involve my knees, whether it's cat/cow, child's pose, or lunges. You can also use it for balance, to work the small leg and foot muscles. I love the purple color.

As a wheelchair user this is important for balance. ♿️Just standing on it, strengthens those important proprioceptor muscles and movements. It’s also great for getting down on the floor and doing floor exercise exercises while protecting the knees.
