The media could not be loaded. I've used this five times now, on a Weber two burner Spirit grill with a Charbroil rotisserie that required some creativity to make it fit the Weber. Adding this basket complicated things further. There was a learning curve with patience required to find the fit where it could freely rotate. The lid on my grill has to remain open with about a six inch gap at the front, but it still cooks well, I easily get it to 325 degrees with the two burners on less than medium. Chicken wings are fantastic on this and boy, does it make a mess on the trays. After the first cook I put it in my dishwash, trays on the lower rack and used the heavy duty wash cycle. Everything came out spotless, making me very happy. This device actually has me looking at upgrading my grill to one with a built in rotisserie - if - I can figure out if it will fit and work better on what I purchase before pulling the trigger on it.Edit: I did end up purchasing a new grill. A Napoleon Prestige 500 with Rotisserie and IR burner for it. It works great! I can cook with the lid fully shut, it rotates freely and doesn't require me to remove the cooking grids. The awesomeness of this has now gone up tenfold. The attached video is of it on the new grill, not the old one.

This item is very nice however the manufacturer made it too small. I believe if each rack would hold a full slab of ribs it would be a outstanding product and would sale better because I would buy two more myself

For a rack of Baby back ribs it needs to be longer, they barely fit you will have to trim off some excess. It can be difficult to assemble correctly, if you don't set it up then the trays will fall off, during the cook making a big mess. If you are in the market for one of these then spend a little extra and get some quality. Cleaning can be dangerous there are a lot of sharp edges. I take mine completely apart and just get the big stuff off, and clean in the dishwasher. Make sure you wear gloves while cleaning this or you can get cut. It has many sharp edges that will bite you if you touch them the wrong way.

Bought this as a gift for my husband and he loves it ! we have a pellet grill and he loves using this to smoke any kind of meat and it definitely helps enhance the flavoring ! Its very easy to take apart and clean !

The media could not be loaded. great for pork ribs-but you do have to trim spare ribs to st luis's style to fit in trays - no big deal though.- I do recommend this product!

The 4 assembly screws are too short to engage the middle support rod threads. I am returning this item. I am not about to venture out in Covid, at my expense, searching for longer SS screws for a brand new product. Quality control appears non-existent.It would also be helpful if seller disclosed the width of the assembled rotisserie, which is significantly wider than the trays.
