Taking this supplement has had a tremendously positive effect on improving my bowel health. I like that the company has an excellent reputation for its standards of manufacture.

I have a digestive issue with frequent bloating. This one actually helped ease it for my particular condition, so I am purchasing more of this.This are only 30 servings and I wish it came with more.

Note for someone who watches carbs an exercises regularly white drinking water but plus size people rarely see alot of results like me. I bought this for hopes I'd have less bloating after eating an around my cycle did 3 month purches saw no results after 2 months so gave to my friend who is more fit an worked for her

Works as advertised. I take it immediately after I eat.

I don’t notice a HUGE difference but I went a couple days without taking them and felt worse so it must be working pretty well.

This product seemed to work so well that I held off review while I continued testing because I didn’t believe it myself.I do not usually have digestive issues aside from moderate lactose intolerance that won’t trigger with modest amounts of eaten dairy such as a slice of cheese or so in a sandwich. However, feed me a glass of whole milk and I’m bloated, miserable and, for hours, unwilling to stray far from a bathroom. I do have the usual bloat and gas from certain foods such as beans or high fiber intake as most folks do.My testing was more severe due to an unusual circumstance. I had to have surgery. Due to a prior MRSA infection, I was given huge doses of highly potent antibiotics. This completely eliminated my gut microorganism which needed rebuilding. I hoped this product would help do that or at least ease my distress while it occurred naturally.I found in progressive testing with more and more troublesome foods that I could eat anything while rebuilding my gut biome. I also found that one pill sufficed for a whole day (at least) rather than me needing to take one after every meal.I finalized my testing with the most severe test I could. I had three bowls of cold cereal with whole milk on three successive days topped off with the unthinkable: I had a class of pure whole milk. Instead of being wiped out, I had ZERO gas or bloat. I can report the same with other usually troublesome foods. At least for ME, this stuff works beyond where I thought anything could.

I don't think it ever hurts to have additional support for healthy digestion. This supplement is made without soy, is gluten free and made in the USA. It has a digestive enzyme blend, along with ginger, artichoke and bacillus, and is easy to swallow.I did not have any ill effects while taking this supplement, nor did I notice any positive difference. The price makes it reasonable to try, as it may work for you. I will most likely not purchase again.
