GAMMA+XCell Professional Ultra-Lightweight Hair Dryer Digital Motor Ionic Technology Whisper Quiet 12 Heat/Speeds

This is the same hair dryer that my barber uses. She does both male and female clients. I asked her about the hair dryer she uses and she showed it to me. I took a picture so I could make sure to buy the same one. She raves about how light it is. My wife has stated that since using this hair dryer, her hair is much softer.It’s not cheap by any means but….Happy Wife, Happy Life.

I purchased this hair dryer back in July 26th 2024. The hair dryer almost caught on fire and back of the dryer looked and smelled like it was burnt/melted and no longer works now! I called Amazon on September 27th to report this issue. Per Amazon customer service request, I called both seller and manufacturer to get some type of claim going. Well, no response from both parties. So I called Amazon again about no call back and what I need to pursue. Amazon asked me to contact the seller again, if I don't hear anything back within 24 to 48 hrs, call Amazon back and Amazon will help with the situation. Again, no response from the seller (I've waited almost 2.5 weeks! Giving them ample amount of time to return my call). So I called Amazon back on first week of November 2024. The Amazon customer service was terrible! She couldn't transfer my call to supervisor due to technical difficulties. So I waited another week and half to see if I hear anything back from the manufacturer or the seller. Nothing!So I called Amazon today (Nov 24th 2024). Believe it or not, Amazon customer service (Including Brian C. Resolution Specialist supervisor- Arizona Phoenix), told me that its been over 30 days and Amazon and himself cannot do anything except asking me to continuously to reach out the seller and manufacturer for resolution! I expect $350 hair dryer to last more than 2 months! And, I cannot believe that Amazon (Brian C.- Supposedly, the supervisor) stated that this is no longer Amazon issue because 30 days have been expired. There is nothing Amazon can do. So, I told him last time I checked I paid for Amazon prime membership and I used Amazon website to purchase this junk! And now, Amazon is stating that I'm not an Amazon customer and I'm 100% mercy of third party seller and manufacturer which I cannot get ahold of. Remind you $350 hair dryer that only lasted 2 months! Amazon needs to do better job understanding the customer's concern and provide resolution appropriately. Instead of telling the customer, that Amazon have nothing to do with the transaction after 30 days! With this experience, I significantly decrease our orders with Amazon (Since Sept 2024). I can no longer trust Amazon, the quality of the items, and sellers Amazon is doing business with.

This hair dryer is the quietest I have ever used and it does a good job of quickly drying my hair. I appreciate the attachments and am very pleased with it.

Bought on recommendation of hair stylist. Cost is less and performance is excellent. Small and light enough to pack for vacations. Very easy to use and less frizzy hair! Quieter too. Highly recommend.

I have fine hair, medium thick and just above shoulder length, and I’ve tried many powerful dryers that work quickly but frazzle my hair. This one is 1600 watts where many of the others are 1875, and so that may be why. Yet, this is the first one that doesn’t dry out my hair and still dries it quickly. The added bonus is its small, lightweight size and that it is quieter than other dryers.

This is such a disappointment for the price. Takes a bit for the air to warm up out of the dryer. I’ve also talked to three people who have to replace theirs within the year. Don’t waste your time or money on the dryer
