Nice for decoration, but not for repeated use. They stain easily and look terrible after washing/drying.

We bought these napkins to tie dye and they took the dye well and have held the dye through multiple washes. As many others have mentioned, the napkins wrinkle terribly and the edges crease up badly in the wash. They also don't remain square, so folding them to look nice is a bit of a trick. I'd say if you're looking for tie dye napkins just for fun, buy these! If you're seeking something a bit more elegant, keep on looking.

I'm not particularly thrilled with these napkins. I purchased them to experiment with dye and they turned out very inconsistent. I had some other napkins leftover from a workshop I did recently and those dyed perfectly. Both types of napkins were dyed at the same time in the same bucket, carefully following directions. In my picture, you can see the difference between the two napkins (this product is on the left and the other kind on the right). Additionally, these napkins have kind of a synthetic-feeling texture and are much more wrinkly than the other brand.They're probably fine if you don't intend to dye them, or you do a different technique like tie dye or shibori, but for solid color dying I would recommend getting something else.

I was searching for a larger size all cotton napkin and chose this one since it was described as a 20 inch x 20 inch napkin. The 3 packages I received contained napkins measuring 18 inch x 18 inch. I decided to keep them as they are needed for a back yard wedding reception soon approaching. After washing, there was shrinkage which was expected, but now a 17.5 x 17.5 inch size. They did hold their shape after washing but do need to be ironed. Disappointed I did not get what I ordered.

After the first washing, most of the napkins are no longer square which makes them unusable for a dinner party. Will keep for daily use because it’s too much trouble to return.

The stitching has held up wonderfully; no loose threads or undone hems. After washing they probably need to be ironed and none of the napkins are still square which makes them difficult to fold and unusable for guests. They have always come clean with bleach. They are great for casual family dinners, but not for a nice party.

I will say that these do seem to favor wrinkling and that without ironing and starching, they'll probably never be the same after their first cycle in the washer.However, I don't mind. I purchased these napkins as an alternative to shared hand towels in the guest bath and I can't be more pleased with the results.Great quality, great price, and great reliever of my stress surrounding others' hand-germs.

These are the hardest study napkins I've ever used. I have washed then the times to soften them up and I swear they seen to just get stiffer. They look like modern abstract art when they come out of the dryer. Thru address well made and a good value but you can't wipe your face with them. Im hoping they will soften up over time.
